1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Arthly, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arthly. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of service
Arthly is a personal finance management application that lets you track and categorize expenses, set and monitor budgets, record income, manage payment accounts, share accounts and split expenses with family, track debts and lending, set goals, track investments, generate reports and receive reminders. Arthly is a personal finance tool and is not a substitute for professional financial, tax or legal advice.
3. User accounts
- You must create an account to use the app and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Family sharing
Arthly allows you to invite family members and share payment accounts. When you share an account, other members you invite can view and record transactions against it. You are responsible for who you invite and for the accuracy of shared data. Each member remains responsible for their own account and conduct.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
Arthly and its logo, design, and content are owned by Arthly and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Arthly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and figures shown are for your information only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its data.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
